1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Elite Dating Strategy Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at www.elitedatingstrategies.com/terms on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.
2. SUCCESS DISCLAIMER
Elite Dating Strategies Inc. does not make any guarantees about your ability to get specific results with women using our concepts, information, tools, or strategies. Please understand that all products and services delivered by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Any achieved results referenced on our website, social media accounts and throughout our marketing are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered typical results or promises for future results. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer, mental health professional or any other personal advisors in your life before acting on our offers. You alone are responsible and accountable for the decisions you make when signing up and using our content. And by registering here, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time and under any circumstance.
3. LIVE EVENTS & COACHING PROGRAMS DISCLAIMER
  • Program structure, training material and coaching staff are subject to change at anytime without advance notice.
  •  We reserve the right to deny customers the opportunity to reschedule a missed training in the event that they fail to attend the program during the scheduled dates and times.
10. PROGRAM AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
  • Members of all skill levels are welcome here: we have members of all skill and experience levels, ranging from complete beginners who've never done an approach to world class experts who've dated several hundred women.
  • Keep it respectful: comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, offensive or damaging to our brand will be deleted. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so please be considerate of other members.
  • No pitching or posting promotional content: we have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to content pieces with your brand/offers or asking members to join your own program or community. If we get suspect that you are pitching our members, you may be permanently removed you without warning or refund.
  • Respect confidentiality: content in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
  • Keep it on topic: we reserve the right to remove off-topic or offensive content.
  • Partnering with other members: access to this group does not mean that Elite Dating Strategies Inc. endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group. Don’t assume everyone is trustworthy. If you are looking for help implementing concepts that we teach, contact us directly for more information.
  • Breaking the rules: rule-breaking behavior may result in permanently removal from our community or program without refund.
4. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
  • We do NOT offer refunds for products purchased unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product's specific purchasing terms. Return requests for non-refundable products will not be processed.
  • All eligible refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
  • ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE for live events or programs that include personalized advice or coaching over Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp or Zoom calls. In the event that remaining payments are unable to be completed for any reason, the services from Elite Dating Strategies will be paused or permanently cancelled without a refund, including but not limited to initial deposits.
  • ​Customers that have been removed from our programs or part of our programs due to inappropriate behavior are not eligible for a refund. This may include being overly negative, rude or disrespectful to our staff or program members, or demonstrating behavior that can damage our program's quality or brand reputation. 
5. YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use the Elite Dating Strategies Inc. services and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Elite Dating Strategies Inc. may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that all Elite Dating Strategies Inc. products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and scripts are proprietary information and material that is owned by Elite Dating Strategies, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Elite Dating Strategies services may be reproduced in any form or by any means without expressed written permission from Elite Dating Strategies . You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Elite Dating Strategies services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Elite Dating Strategies brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Elite Dating Strategies reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Elite Dating Strategies products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Elite Dating Strategies brand at any time and without notice. In no event will Elite Dating Strategies be liable for making these changes. Elite Dating Strategies may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Elite Dating Strategies services, in any case and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to Elite Dating Strategies Inc . (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Elite Dating Strategies and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF ANY PART OF ELITE DATING STRATEGIES PROGRAM ASSET, EXCEPT FOR AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

All Elite Dating Strategies trademarks including the name, logo and graphics are registered trademarks of Elite Dating Strategies Inc.  and may not be used without our consent.
